Coleman Lantern Box

<p>A simple box for a white gas Coleman lantern. It's basically impossible to find a case that fits these lanterns as they use glass and are thus susceptible to breakage during transport. This model uses piano hinges on the top and a normal latch screwed into the side to secure it. The top needs to be printed strongly enough as to be able to support its own weight plus the weight of the lantern. Unfortunately this model uses almost 3kg of filament to print both top and bottom portions.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Material: PETG</p><p>Infill: 20% Gyroid</p><p>Nozzle size: 0.4 mm or better</p><p>Layer thickness: 0.10-0.15 mm</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lantern Bottom:</p><p>Minimum amount of walls: 15</p><p>Minimum top layers: 50</p><p>Minimum bottom layers: 10</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Lantern Top:</p><p>Minimum Walls: 20</p><p>Minimum top layers: 50</p><p>Minimum bottom layers: 50</p><p>Picture is a test fit print with 1.5% infill, model is a work in progress and I may add integrated hinges later on.</p>
