Coleman Folding Chair Beefy Parts v2
thingiverse
If you're willing to spare a tip, it would really make my day. I invested a lot of time tweaking these parts to get them just right. These parts have a sturdy base and larger dimensions to withstand the stress. I highly recommend using PETG filament with at least 6 perimeters, or even better, solid printing. While PLA is an option, the outdoors will eventually degrade it. Since you can always print more, that's not a major concern. Depending on your printer, you may need to use supports for the Mid Right and Mid Left parts. I didn't require them when printing on my Prusa MK3s. To replace the entire chair, print the following quantities: 2 mid back pieces 4 foot pieces 1 mid left piece 1 mid right piece Extras: Use 4mm screws with nylon nuts and washers for mounting. For better durability in harsh weather conditions, stainless steel is your best bet. Improvements: v2: thicker base on all parts thicker cross bracing raised base in hole to support back rods thicker base where front cross rods are supported gussets at all right angle connections labeled each part for easy placement v1: my first attempt, it worked well but needed some adjustments.
