Coleman Folding Chair Beefy Parts

These parts have a more substantial foundation and larger dimensions to withstand the stress. I strongly recommend using PETG filament with 6 perimeters, or even solid printing if possible. You can print them in PLA, but outdoor exposure will cause them to degrade quickly. However, since you can always reprint them, that's not much of an issue. Depending on your printer, you may need to use supports for the Mid Right and Mid Left parts. I didn't require any when printing with a Prusa MK3s. To replace the entire chair, print the following quantities: 2 mid back parts 4 foot parts 1 mid left part 1 mid right part Extras: Use 4mm screws, paired with nylon nuts and washers for mounting. Stainless steel is the best choice to withstand harsh weather conditions. Improvements: Enhance the design by adding a thicker base on all parts Add thicker cross-bracing for added stability Raise the base in the hole to support the back rods Thicken the base where front cross-rods are supported Install gussets at all right-angle connections
