This is a clamp for the Coleman Event 14 to secure the leg button cover. I accidentally damaged the cover which prevents the height adjustment pin from engaging. Unfortunately the cover engages via a shallow snap fit and a 3D printed replacement may not give the same performance so mechanical fasteners ftw! You'll need two M4/M5 nuts and bolts.
