Coleman CPX-6 compatible Battery Pack The CPX 13000mAh

Here is my attempt to make a custom CPX-6 battery pack compatible with Coleman CPX-6 devices. I was dissatisfied with the life I got from the standard CPX-6 battery, which lasted only about five hours at full strength before its light output began to diminish. So I set out to design a compatible case for a set of nine old laptop battery packs using Li-ion cells. Combined with a Li-ion charging module and a separate USB module equipped with discharge safety features, I was able to get approximately 35 hours of constant light levels from my custom pack. The entire assembly is held together by M3 bolts and brass inserts. A bit of filament and a spring make the clips work, while a drop of glue in the rail keeps them securely in place. I hope someone else finds this design useful, so I've uploaded the Fusion 360 file for easy modifications.
