Printed with TPU (95A Shore hardness) at 20 mm/min. 100% infill with a line pattern. This will not work if printed in PLA.The hole spacing was matched with the original part so that the original holes and hardware could be used. The center to center hole spacing: Top to bottom = 38 mm. Left to right = 38 mm. My cheap Coleman coolers work great for the price. I have several of them that all have failed hinges and the lids don't stay on. The hinges crack and fail eventually. These TPU hinges haven't gone through the test of time, but seem to work great.
