This design continues to respect the same measurements for the carburettors as the previous model (Keihin from yamaha R6), but with a series of improvements:colector de admision k7m V2I have made a number of changes.-Firstly, I have added the inlet holes to the cylinder head that would correspond to the injection, in the same way as in the original manifold.-I have also added a second grip to improve the grip, since the Renault K series engines have one more than the E series (Energy)-This version will be made of metal and machined in plasma / laser cutting. Thus giving greater rigidity to the intake flange, and later will be machined on miller for made the new holes of intake and and the flaring of the mooring holes.-The inlet tubes will be machined on the lathe and later welded with TIG welding.-The intake hoses will be manufactured again by 3D printing using TPU98A.IT IS STILL IN THE IMPROVEMENT AND CORRECTION PHASE OF MEASURES.LATER WE WILL UPLOAD ADVANCES.Best regards!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ACTUALIZACION 06/07/2021-Se ha impreso la junta del colector para comparar con la junta original . y después de corregir una serie de medidas esta mas que lograda.-Quizás podría ajustarse mas los agujeros de entrada a la culata , pero mas adelante es muy probable que se mecanice para agrandar los puertos de admisión, así que de momento así valdría.-Así pues , los archivos 3D que corresponden al colector han sido modificados con respecto a las correcciones actuales.-Ahora mismo se esta imprimiendo el prototipo en PLA . para mas adelante pasar finalmente a NYLON PA6.ACTUALIZACIÓN 04/08/2021-Después de confirmar el modelo final e imprimir el resto de componente , me he dado cuenta que por la parte baja del colector , topa con un borde saliente del bloque motor, asi pues he repasado esa zona haciendo un pequeño chaflan .-También se han repasado las las toberas de entrada del colector, en concreto la forma de la entrada hecha para los inyectores, haciendo coincidir de manera mas exacta las entradas a la culata.HE VUELTO A SUIR LOS ARCHIVOS DEL COLECTOR REEDITADOS.
