It appears that there are multiple case versions of this game, and the battery covers differ between them, so take a close look at the photos to ensure this battery cover will work with your model. Removing the cover with a battery in place is a tight squeeze, but the gif above illustrates the easiest way to do it. If you decide to paint the cover, be aware that it may negatively impact fit due to the tight tolerances. To avoid issues, consider taping off the tabs and tongue before painting, or try tweaking the scale by a tiny amount in your slicer to account for the layer of paint.
