When certain SmallRig cases are used with both a top handle and a microphone they are very close together. With this Cold Shoe extender the Cold Shoe is extended 5 cm to the left. This can also be used as a Hot Shoe extender. Print in vertical orientation, it was designed this way, so no support material is needed.
