Cold Laser Therapy Handheld Device
thingiverse
This is a collection of files to build a DIY Cold Laser Therapy device. I suffered an ankle injury and wanted to see if using Low Level Light Therapy would be beneficial. I didn't like that commercial devices were in the $200 range, so I decided to create one myself with simple laser diodes from Amazon. Parts List: * A simple stretch strap from a dollar store * Laser Diodes (available at https://www.amazon.ca/Gikfun-Laser-Module-Arduino-EK1060x5C/dp/B07FM6FDFM/ref=sr_1_3?crid=3049VFRX2E34R&keywords=laser+diode&qid=1559511924&s=gateway&sprefix=laser+dio%2Caps%2C206&sr=8-3) * 4 small watch screws (not required if you choose to glue instead) I simply soldered the wires for the lasers to a USB cable stripped of its insulation. Powered by USB, this device can be connected directly to a computer or a USB battery pack, which is what I used.
