Aiming to develop a straightforward and efficient homemade cold-brew process, I'm presently working on perfecting the filtration system. By combining equal parts ground coffee and water in a mason jar, attaching it with a connector to another mason jar (forming an hourglass shape), and letting it sit for 12 hours, you can create delicious, less acidic cold brew by simply flipping and dripping the jars. Enjoy!
