Cold Brew Coffee Infuser Plug

I repurposed a 2 Quart Takeya Iced Tea Maker to cold brew coffee. I grind 16 tablespoons of whole beans and the dry grounds tend to take up the lower section of the infuser. While brewing, I found that some of the grounds tended to float up above the water level and sought out options for putting some sort of block to contain them. My initial solution was a simple arcylic disk cut to size to fit between the two infuse pieces. After seeing the concept worked, I then designed a better fitting option using BlocksCAD. I opted to print it using eSun PLA+. Do you own research into food safe filament before proceeding. Oh, I tend to let the coffee brew for a minimum of 24 hours before drinking, periodically shaking it up.
