I'm crazy about photography, whether it's digital or film, and I just snagged an old Kodak Tourist folding camera with a f4.5 105mm lens. I wanted to add a Neutral Density filter so I whipped up this design. It's got three parts: first is the piece that fits snugly over the end of the lens, next is the Lens Shade that can be glued onto the first part, or you can just pop the filter into the holder and snap it onto the lens filter adapter. Use these tiny magnets - you'll need eight in total - glue them into their holes and watch out for polarity. If you get your hands on a camera like this, all I can say is have fun with it! Down the line, I'm planning to build a box camera with a ground glass on the rear for composing and focusing the shot, and a film back just like a Mamiya RB67 or a Mamiya 6x9 film back meant for Press Universal or Super 23 bodies.
