For Extreme Redesign, I engineered a revolutionary coin sorter with cutting-edge features that maximize its usability. Gone are the days of cranks and jamming issues - this innovative device operates on gravity alone. No manual power required, just place a coin at the top and let gravity do the rest. The coin rolls down into a hole slightly larger than itself, ensuring it doesn't get stuck. A small lip on top prevents coins from falling off the sides when sorting. Once in the hole, the coin joins the growing stack at the base. For easy removal of sorted coins, tabs are strategically placed at the back. The precision-crafted holes at the base ensure only one coin exits at a time. Its sleek design makes it perfect for 3D printing without unnecessary support removal. By breaking down the device into separate components, cleaning up after printing becomes a breeze. Each part is effortlessly assembled into the completed structure.
