Coin Button - Suzo Happ Compatible
thingiverse
This pushbutton is compatible with Suzo-Happ long stem arcade buttons, ensuring seamless integration. The button spring, switch, and nut are interchangeable between this reproduction and the official arcade buttons. This compatibility extends to housings or panels as well, since they share the same size. Designed to mimic a coin slot, the actual button face boasts an authentic look. Primarily intended for use as an "add credit" button, it does not accept quarters. The following parts are required in addition to the 3D printable files provided: - Button Nut: Currently using Suzo-Happ buttons' nut from old stock due to a lack of a working 3D model; this will be updated if available. - Microswitch: https://paradisearcadeshop.com/home/electrical/components/microswitches/zippy/745_zippy-light-touch-microswitch - Button Spring: Currently using springs from old Suzo-Happ buttons in my 3D printed buttons as I do not yet have a source for these; once found, this will be updated with a link. The face of the button can also be inlaid with two separate colors. If you prefer not to use the inlay feature, use the "button" file which simply has the "25" label recessed. To achieve the inlay effect, use the "button w inlay" and "inlay" files together. The procedure for printing the inlay I used was based on Devon's (Make Anything) method, discussed in his videos here: https://www.makeanything.design/multicolor The parts included may need to be aligned manually in your slicer before slicing each part individually. The inlay is .2mm thick; black and translucent red were the colors used for my print. The "body" part includes a small hole at the switch end if you desire to add an LED.
