I've been tinkering with this project for an eternity, and it's finally taken shape. Check out my latest creation on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fyo8WLjCBYY. The code I used is courtesy of a brilliant YouTuber known as cbm80amiga - his tutorials are top-notch! You can find more of his content here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42qNfPOYlR8. I hope my project will be of some use to someone out there. Here's a list of the items I used: 1. A vintage calculator that I found on eBay - this one was a real steal! You can find it here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162337263365. 2. An old computer keyboard that I salvaged from my dad's attic - it still works like a charm! You can find it on eBay too: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/183182837470. 3. A tiny Arduino board that I used to bring the project to life - the Arduino Pro Mini/Micro/Nano is an amazing little device! 4. A switch that you may need to adjust to fit your specific needs, depending on which type of switch you choose. 5. An LED light and a resistor (optional, but it adds a nice touch). 6. A rechargeable 18550 battery that powers the whole thing - it's a great way to go green! 7. Some sturdy battery springs that keep everything in place. 8. Another vintage calculator part that I found on eBay - this one was a real find! You can check it out here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/132569099020
