This is a vice specifically designed for jewelers, which mounts directly into a drill chuck. It has personally served me well with 8x28g cores installed within it. The holes on the front are precisely designed to accommodate two 1/4 inch screws or bolts. I opted to use 1/4 by 1/2 inch bolts with wing nuts for added security and convenience.
