Coffin and coffin board of the Lady Tanakhtnettahat are part of the Charlotte Lichirie Collection of Egyptian Art, housed in the Michael C. Carlos Museum at Emory University, Atlanta, GA (acc. no. 1999.1.17,a-c). Made for the burial of Lady Tanakhtnettahat, a chantress in the temple of Amun at Karnak, Egypt who lived during the 21st Dynasty, these coffins were modified at some point with names of Tanakhtnettahat erased and replaced by those of Ta-Aset, likely the mummy found inside. Parts of the coffin, including its bottom, interior of its bottom, and interior and foot of the lid, are not available for scanning and have been digitally reconstructed here. The mummy contained within is a 3D model created in Blender, textured with an image from a contemporary mummy at the Field Museum of Chicago. This digital reconstruction was produced using 382 photographs taken by a Canon EOS Rebel T5i camera, processed with Metashape 1.5.1 software.
