The Wilfa Svart Presisjon WSP-1A / 1B is a fantastic coffee brewer that suits casual users and enthusiasts alike. One of its standout features for the enthusiast is its ability to produce a Chemex pot with ease! This makes it a much more affordable option compared to Chemex's own Ottomatic, despite lacking pulse brewing capabilities - unless you manually adjust it. My only criticism of this brewer was its tendency to concentrate water flow over the grounds rather than spreading it evenly across them. To address this issue, I created an attachment that distributes the water more evenly, resulting in a better automatic Chemex brew every time. This attachment works incredibly well and is also very easy to remove when not needed. The sprout itself features a short cylindrical reservoir that prevents water from overflowing even during regular brewing sessions. When it comes to the hanger, I chose to print it with the plate facing upwards instead of sideways. Both parts have 20% infill and no support material was used for a more streamlined finish.
