Caution: 3D printed parts are inherently non-food safe. Understand the risks before using this design for human consumption purposes. I exhaustively searched for a replacement lid for my traveler mugs but couldn't find one. I then decided to design and print a new lid using my existing one as a template. The design consists of two separate parts that snap together seamlessly. A seal should be applied around the bottom part to keep coffee inside the tumbler mug. Measuring 71mm in inner diameter and 81mm in outer diameter, I am yet to order o-rings for testing purposes. Nevertheless, it is compatible with the original lid's seal.
