This coffee tamper, measuring 52mm, is designed for use with an espresso machine. Its width can be customized, with the OpenSCAD file available for download. Easily held in the palm of your hand, it allows you to apply ample pressure when tamping coffee. The "coffee contact" area on the foot ensures a flat and closed surface, preventing dirt from entering the part. Since using it three weeks ago, daily use has kept it shiny. This was my first successful 3D printed item, but wiggles in the part were due to a moving z-motor before improvements were made. Enjoy your morning macchiato! The tamper was printed in PLA (white at 210°C) on a heated bed (50°C) with three outer walls and 25% honeycomb infill.
