To replace my wife's coffee scoop, I calculated that a volume of approximately 1oz is needed. I have now uploaded a fully parametric version as thing 11103 on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11103). Printed using a Thingomatic with a layer height of 0.265mm in natural ABS, the scoop is 2mm thick, making it much sturdier than the original 1mm version; it could potentially be thinned down to 1mm without issue. Post-printing, carefully cut the square support structure on the handle into a graceful curve using an exacto knife for a more appealing design.
