Coffee Saver is an innovative project designed to craft a reusable and versatile cap for an open bag of coffee granules that can be efficiently manufactured using a 3D Printer. The primary CAD software utilized in this project is OpenSCAD, with supplementary functionality provided by Dan Kirshner's OpenSCAD Threading Library and PGreenland's Text Library, which significantly enhances the overall design capabilities. Version 3 allows users to easily place the cap over an open bag of coffee granules and secure it firmly in place using the two external clips, ensuring a leak-proof seal every time. This project has undergone rigorous testing on a Makerbot Replicator 2X, guaranteeing its compatibility with various 3D printing technologies.
