There are two PAD holders that come with the Philips Senseo coffee machine, one for a single PAD and another for two Pads. One is usually in use, but what do you do with the second one? I've solved this by creating a small box that I've printed and attached under my kitchen board using double-sided sticky pads (I used Tesa Powerstrips from Amazon, but others will work if they're strong enough). Since it's stuck to the kitchen board, cleaning is a bit tricky. To fix this, I added a small drawer to catch any drips. There are two versions available - one with a small lip at the corners to prevent warping. It's just one 0.2 mm layer that can be easily broken off if needed. I personally printed this version with 20% infill and no additional support, and it looks great. I recommend printing it in ABS so you can put it in the dishwasher for cleaning.
