I created my daughter's favorite coffee mug in plastic as per her request. The size of the print was scaled at 1.4 using ReplicatorG. Here are the instructions for ANSYS users: use mk_mug_120602a.mac to create and mesh the geometry, then use my_exp_reflect_yz.mac for a full mug visualization. To convert ANSYS elements into a .stl file, execute ansys_2_stl_101012a.mac with 'coffee_mug' as the filename and 'x' as the orientation. Check thingiverse.com/thing:4421 for more details.
