Coffee Knock Box

I designed this coffee knock box, measuring 130mm wide and 120mm tall, perfect for a home setup. A 10mm steel rod runs along the middle of the "bar" to boost strength and weight. EDIT: The 9.7mm rod fits snugly in the 10mm bar ID. I used a combination of a heat gun and hammer to coax it into place. You might also try printing slightly enlarged for a tighter fit. Print Settings: Layer height: 0.3mm, set for faster prints Infill: 20% to achieve a solid build Nozzle size: 0.4mm, standard for most prints Outer layers: three to ensure stability Top and bottom layers: three for a strong base
