Coffee Kiss optimized for 3D PRINTING

cults3d

Coffee service inspired by the Yuanyang II porcelain sculpture by Jonhson Tsang, optimized for 3D PRINTING. Perfect for a romantic invitation, this project is designed to fit a standard Cartesian printer with a 220x220x250 print volume (like an Ender3 or U30). If you want to scale it down, be careful not to make the walls too thin during slicing. Conversely, if you'd like to enlarge it, there are no restrictions. The tray measures 210x210 while the faces have a height of 240mm. This is essentially a free-support project, requiring necessary supports with overhangs of 65 degrees or more. However, the splash part can be printed without any support. Two versions of the faces are available: v1) A sugar holder and milk jug combination - see the .obj file. v2) Faces with a splash part instead of accessories - see the .stl file. The cup is purely decorative; use ceramic cups for hot coffee. The printed pieces shown in photos have no post-production; only supports are removed where necessary. Recommended filaments include gold and silver PLA Silk Filoprint, as well as PLA Silk HobbyKing powder filament. Print settings: 0.4mm nozzle, 40mm/s speed, 0.15mm layer height. Files come in .obj format (.stl on request; they're quite similar). That's all you need to know!
