The manual coffee grinder I found online was great until its loose tolerances caused it to strip itself during normal grinding. I plan on printing a more rigid version of the part with drive shaft fins that have a rounded character. The first revision lacks grind select ridges and is sized for the shaft, but may need adjustment for smooth function. Comparing the original gap to the actual shaft dimensions reveals the difference. To fix this issue, disassemble the grind drivetrain, replace the original plastic mount with the new one on the grindstone, and reassemble for better expresso and turkish grinding without self-destruction!
