I designed my own thing after searching for something similar. Size 4 coffee filters will fit snugly inside, but a full pack might be a bit too much. This is my first self-made 3D creation. I created it using Tinkercad, an online tool for making 3D files. Test result: I printed it with 10% infill and it stood up fine without any supports. To make the filters fit loosely, try not to pull out more than one at a time.
