UPDATE:  Added version G.  My PLA prints worked okay for a few months, but then the retainer ring started to get loose due to heat distortion.  Version G makes the entire cone a bit thicker to make it more stable after exposure to heat, and I reverted to a lug design to attach the retaining ring.  This is primarily to added thermal strength for PLA prints.  I have been having printing issues with PETg lately, but if I was not having printing issues, PETg is still my preferred media.  PLA is working better for me right now.  I have printed the retainer ring without support under the locking lugs, but de[ending on your machine and setting you might want to manually add support under the cantilevered lugs (only! and with z and xy gaps).  UPDATE: ADDED two files for version F.  This version updates the outer wall to be slightly thicker and reduces chances of leaking and makes the cone stronger.  I have started to use PLA (eSun HF Black PLA), rather than PETg, with excellent results.  On BBL P1S, about two hours for the cone, and 25 minutes for the ring.  For Prusa MK3+, ~4+ hours.  Use .2mm layers, 2-3 vertical walls, 20% Grid infill. There are a couple of unsupported lines near the top of the handle, but they do not need any added support. The bottom ring and bottom of the cone are a tapered fit.  The ring is installed similar to how you mount a tire.  You have to slowly press the parts together until it snaps and fits all the way around.  You have to take your time, but if you keep rotating and pressing it will eventually snap into place.  If you just can't get it to snap in place, try using a sharp knife to remove one strand, ~.3mm, around the lower outer edge of the cone.  If you set up to slice, make sure that the first layer is equal to the rest; e.g., .3mm first layer if you use .3mm layers.  Clean up the bottom outside corner of the cone carefully.  Just a bump or excess material on the outer bottom edge will keep it from snapping correctly.I used .3mm layers Prusa PETg.   Set bottom and top layers to 4.  Use 2 vertical layers. .gcode is included for MK3s(+) PETg and PLA.
