I aimed to achieve an even spread of coffee powder throughout my portafilter when brewing with my espresso machine. To accomplish this, I crafted a straightforward coffee distributor that allows me to distribute the powder effortlessly by simply turning it gently. The device's diameter measures 59mm, perfectly aligning with the requirements of my E61 espresso machine, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
