I designed a sleek coffee container that can hold up to 0.5 kg of freshly ground filter coffee. To give it a unique touch, I added a retro-themed postcard image on top of the lid after vectorizing it. The printed design is scaled down by 20% and features a layered effect with 27 layers at 20% fill. In contrast, the lid itself was printed using 0.2 layers and 50% fill to create a smooth finish. To make the image stand out, I paused the print job before completing the last two layers and switched to black filament for the design and text. The entire container requires some fine-tuning, so I sanded the body with 180-grit sandpaper first and then used 240-grit to give it a smooth finish. To ensure a tight seal, I carefully sanded the lid to achieve an almost air-tight fit, which is essential for preserving the freshness of the coffee.
