Coffee Bag Clip 110mm
thingiverse
I needed a fresh clip for my coffee bags, so I decided to get creative instead of buying one. This little part was perfect for experimenting with single-part prints that can move and don't require assembly. The clip works well with bags up to 110mm wide, but it also fits bigger bags (check out the pictures). I included a *.f3d file from Fusion360 so you can modify the clip to suit your needs. My Anycubic i3 Mega printer with a 0.4mm nozzle worked great, and adding +0.4mm for the bolt/hole and +1.5mm for the tolerance between the hinge parts produced excellent results. I found that a minimum clearance of +0.2mm was necessary to get the clip working. The two-color print was an accident (I ran out of black filament), but it somehow turned out nice. Here are my print settings: - 20% supports everywhere - 15% infill - PLA material - 0.2mm layer height - Rotate the clip so that the hinge is parallel to your printer's z-axis
