Coder of the Week Trophy
thingiverse
To motivate my students - software developers, I introduced a trophy for the one who successfully closed the most tickets within one week. During our weekly meeting, the new owner is then allowed to put their crown on top of the trophy to claim their property. When a developer leaves the team, they take the crown with them as a souvenir. This worked surprisingly well and even lasted in the long run despite missing some stats on who owned the trophy most of the time. I added the crowns with the names I had. If you have other named crowns, there are three options: ask in the comment section and I'll do my best to upload the new ones as quickly as possible; download the CAD files (Solid Edge - academic version) and change the names yourself; or create a customizable version of it for everyone else. If I can help with that somehow, let me know. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: ORION Delta 3D Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: The globe will have some flaws on the downside due to high overhang. After reaching a 30-degree angle, it looked fine again and the erroneous part can be hidden in the base part. However, if you want a nicely shaped ball, you might want to use supports.
