Design notes

I used two magnets—8 mm (D) × 3 mm (H)—to keep the lid secure, so that the precise fit of the lid is not as important.

I printed a lid with only 0.1 mm clearance—which is too tight to fit as-printed—because I preferred to sand down the contact surfaces a bit. This helps reduce the annoying "ripping" sound when taking the lid off, which seems to be caused by parallel layers moving past each other.

My Prusa Mini has some issues with nozzle pressure build-up. So I printed the two pieces separately, to avoid the solid infill layers of one piece affecting the perimeter surface of the other. This may not be an issue for you, in which case you could print them together.

I placed two identical cut-outs in the lid to accommodate the word card stand regardless of which orientation the lid is closed in. But then I ultimately printed everything with a rear seam, which makes it trivial to know which orientation is correct.
