This is my go-to case for OctoPrint on the Pi 3B+. One thing I noticed was that it didn't have any openings for the Pi camera, so I simply made some cutouts to accommodate both the camera and display. Additionally, I modified part of the fan vent to boost airflow. That's all I did. Codman's bottom and mount are a must - they're top-notch and allow you to hang your setup anywhere. I mounted mine under my workbench, keeping it out of sight.
