The writer shares an unnamed cipher taught by his dad, related to Vigenere cipher variants and key autokey & Alberti ciphers. A code wheel printout is available for learning, with a contest offering the first decryption win<|im_start|>. Two versions of ciphertexts are provided, with 1.24e142 and 4.03e26 possible keys respectively. Cracking the alphabetic version took less than two hours. Instructions include printing, assembly, usage on Caesar ciphers, creating new keys with a .scad file, and participating in the contest using a python decryption tool.
