Cocos nucifera, commonly known as Coconut Palm Tree, has been widely cultivated and utilized throughout nearly every tropical region worldwide. Most densely located in southern Asia and extending east to the central Pacific islands, it was also introduced to the western coast of northern South America and the eastern coast of central Africa. Originally created with Blender 2.79, this low poly and game ready model boasts several notable features. A total of five objects make up the model, each with a maximum of 3,250 polygons. Two UV sets are included, one for material and another for light-mapping purposes. Collision detection is also enabled through a UCX object. In addition to its basic features, this 3D model includes animation capabilities, specifically for Level Of Detail (LOD) 0. The model is also subdivided and ready for rendering using Cycles render engine. Further details about the model include its height at approximately 29 meters, fruit absence, a mature age of 100%, and an overall health of 30%. Multiple levels of detail are available for this model, each with varying polygon counts: LOD0 (3,250 polygons), LOD1 (1,014 polygons), LOD2 (532 polygons), and LOD3 (176 polygons). This 3D model includes two materials, one for the palm tree itself and another for light-mapping. The included textures range in size from 4K to 1K resolution, each format in JPEG and PNG. Standard texture formats such as Albedo, Metallic, Roughness, Normal DirectX, Normal OpenGL, Height, and Opacity are all present. Finally, it's worth noting that this model maintains real scale proportions. The HDRI is not included with the file, but can be accessed for free on the HDRIHaven website. Also, textures reside in a specific folder named 'Textures'.
