The Coconut Palm Tree, also known as Cocos nucifera, has been widely cultivated and utilized for centuries throughout almost every tropical region on Earth. Located predominantly in southern Asia, it extends eastwards to the islands of the Central Pacific Ocean. Intentionally introduced to the western coast of northern South America and the eastern coast to central Africa, its cultivation has become increasingly widespread.
