The default Cocoon Create Model Maker spool holder accommodates filament spools up to 63mm wide. Some filament spools are significantly wider, making it essential to create a replacement in order to print with those filaments. I aimed to preserve the compact nature of the original spool mount by mounting this version at 90 degrees to the feed, just like the original does. Properly rotating the models in the slicer eliminates the need for any supports. Super Glue is necessary to secure the pins and the spool holder end. Avoid attempting to use the pins without gluing them in place, as they can shift backward and hinder removal of the support brackets. FreeCAD files are included.
