The Cocos nucifera, commonly known as the Coconut Palm Tree, is a widely distributed species in tropical regions worldwide. It's most abundant in southern Asia and the central Pacific Ocean islands, but also found on the west coast of northern South America and east Africa. This low poly, game-ready model was created with Blender 2.79 and features 5 objects, up to 3510 polygons, and includes UV maps for material and light-mapping. It comes with a collision box and is animatable (with LOD0 and LOD1). The model is subdivision ready and rendered using the Cycles engine. With a height of 23.5m, the model includes coconuts, has full health and age, and offers multiple levels of detail (LOD0-3) with decreasing polygon counts. Textures for the model include materials for palm tree and light-mapping in formats of JPG and PNG, sized 4K, 2K, and 1K. The textures cover Albedo, Metallic, Roughness, Normal DirectX, Normal OpenGL, Height, and Opacity. Real scale is observed, but additional files like man model and HDRI are not included. Textures are found in a designated 'Textures' folder, while the HDRI can be sourced for free from hdrihaven website.
