A fully realized version of the coconut palm tree is available for game and VR/AR use, featuring accurate dimensions and a height that grows to 19m. This model includes coconuts placed atop its trunk, bringing a natural and authentic appearance. The provided 3D model comes with four levels of detail (LODs), along with an active collision box represented as a UCX object on the trunk for immersive interactions within VR or AR experiences. Special care was taken to ensure LOD0 is both rigged and animated with a carefully crafted cycle animation that spans 250 frames, while maintaining overall game and low poly efficiency. Each component is meticulously designed for PBR rendering. This model is specifically created using Blender 2.79. Key specifications highlight: Objects: Five in total Maximum Polygons: 1680 UVs included for material (UV0) and non-overlapping for light-mapping (UV1) Notably, collision detection is active throughout the model. Subdivision readiness ensures smooth handling with different rendering engines. Engine specifications point to Cycles render for precise realism. Additional details follow: Tree Height: Measuring 19 meters Fruit status: Currently unharvested coconuts adorn its top. Aged percentage: 100% growth maturity, signifying maximum health potential Present Health percentage: A score of 25%, denoting optimal growth for realistic game rendering Each model level's polygon count includes: 3D model LOD0: Utilizes a staggering 1680 polygons. 3D model LOD1: Features an effective reduction to 772 polygons, optimizing rendering demands while maintaining integrity. 3D model LOD2: Displays further streamlining down to 296 polygons for maximum visual effect balance. Lastly, the optimized model's final iteration, 3D model LOD3 reduces to a low of 104 polygons to enable smooth game experience performance. A total of two custom materials have been implemented - one designed specifically for the palm tree itself and another exclusively tailored for optimal light-mapping purposes. Material sizes range between large resolutions at 4K through high detail formats available up to 2K & as well at a detailed 1K, or rather an expansive texture size encompassing those exact specifications: (4096px / 2048px / 1024px). A diverse selection of included textures include the fundamental Albedo map along with crucial data required for a full PBR implementation such as metallic and roughness values alongside standard formats for Directx (Normal DirectX) & Opengl users Normal OpenGL & to round out the overall detail inclusion Heigh, also, all opacity variations needed within those standards: The 4k, 2k and 1k files sizes mentioned prior provide a variety of options that accommodate high-end render scenarios as well through each unique size resolution option. This is due largely in part from a combination both PNG & JPG formats included alongside the base scene to allow a fully realized implementation. In a real-world scale comparison the total palm tree comes to approximately 19 meters high giving ample space for customization and expansion based off that model’s real scale representation, ensuring any virtual application of this design accurately conveys immersive realism. Finally within our model a dedicated ‘Textures’ folder will include all materials necessary, however it is critical note users to check prior to installation that no texture data falls inside main asset package
