The Cocos nucifera, or coconut palm tree, has been cultivated globally across tropical regions worldwide, with the highest concentration in southern Asia and central Pacific islands. It's also present on the west coast of northern South America and east Africa. This 3D model was created using Blender 2.79 and features a low poly, game-ready design. It comprises five objects, with a maximum of 2074 polygons, including two UV maps for Material (UV0) and Light-map (UV1). The model includes a collision box and is animated with LODs (Level of Detail) from 0 to 3. The model is subdivision ready and renders using the Cycles engine. Standing at 15.5 meters tall, the tree comes equipped with fruits and boasts 100% age and health. The LODs offer varying levels of detail, with polygon counts ranging from 2074 in LOD0 to 236 in LOD3. Textures include two materials, four textures of different sizes (4K, 2K, and 1K), and formats (JPG & PNG) covering Albedo, Metallic, Roughness, Normal DirectX, Normal OpenGL, Height, and Opacity. The model is in real scale, but the files don't include textures. These are stored separately in a 'Textures' folder. Additionally, a man model from 3DCap is not included, nor is the HDRI (High Dynamic Range Image), which can be obtained for free at https://hdrihaven.com.
