A cool companion for poolside relaxation - a chilled plate to keep drinks at the perfect temperature while soaking up the sun. I designed and built a plastic housing that securely clips onto the corner pieces of an Intex pool, providing a convenient spot for your drink of choice. To create this cooling system, I added a metal (aluminum) plate on top, sealing it tight with a strong adhesive. The secret to its success lies in using cold water as a coolant for the plate - I utilized my excess water from a nearby spring that was going unused. For easy connection to your garden hose, I incorporated hose adapters with an ID of 12.5mm. This setup works flawlessly if you have access to a reliable source of cold water supply.
