I no longer have access to that printer so further work on this file is impossible. The original designer deserves big thanks for creating such an amazing design, which I truly admire. Unfortunately, I couldn't find it compatible with the Plus model. Using TinkerCad, I made some modifications. Before mounting the fan, use a 4mm x 16mm screw. The fan itself requires a screw that's at least 24mm long; I think I used M3 screws. You can also consider using a tight zip tie instead. The fan I used is this one: https://www.amazon.com/Uxcell-Brushless-Sleeve-Bearing-Cooling-Blower/dp/B016XMK6SE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1487374645&sr=8-2&keywords=24v+fan It plugs directly into the existing socket. If you can't find it, get a 24V, 50x15mm blower fan instead. Important note: After rebuilding my hot end, I discovered that the tolerances were different and the fan was lower than the head. Today, I'm printing and testing a fix to resolve this issue.
