CobbleBot Z Axis Alignment

The Z Axis on the CobbleBot has a very tough challenge. My goal is to lend a hand with aligning it properly. Mount this support directly above the Z motors on the top rail and adjust the alignment on the ZY-Axis for optimal results. Using the BASIC V2 center Z motors and Alignment mount at 250mm will correct any issues, prevent binding, and keep the Z axis moving freely. You can use it with or without a 608 bearing. The downside is that I've only tested this on the CobbleBot BASIC V2. On January 1st, 2017, I made some crucial adjustments to improve it. Here are the corrections: * Center bore adjusted to 8.8mm. * Bearing race set to 22.4mm. * Flanges were too short to print, so I fixed that issue. CobbleBot Z Axis Alignment 0.5 is the latest and most likely final version. Check out this video for more details: https://youtu.be/R8_fYUBOJHg. Here are the print settings: Printer: CobbleBot BASIC V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Layer thickness 0.1mm, Shell thickness 1.6mm, T&B Thickness 1.6mm Infill: 5%
