COB LED bracket for stock intel heatsink

This allows COB LED mounting on a standard Intel 115x heatsink. This mount only works with the intelligent driver version of COB LEDs. I built this because I had extra stock Intel heatsinks from past PC builds and thought others might also have them lying around, potentially wanting to use them for something else. I sanded down the copper disc so it was level with the aluminum, increasing contact area and heat dissipation. Don't forget thermal paste! There are holes in the design for wiring up AC power. You'll need a small AC-to-12V DC converter for fan power supply. I used one that's 1.25A, which is enough to power multiple fans.
