I recommend using a resin printer with blue/white mixed for the star. Sand all parts and paint. I used rub and buff silver and gold. Mix the two stage epoxy carefully. The gentler you are the less air bubbles will happen. Fill the test tube with the clear epoxy. Put the star in the test tube and let sink to the wanted depth. Either continuously spin the test tube or set on its side so the star won't sink any farther. Let cure for several days to ensure completely cured. I believe this is optional after having it together. Adds weight.
