A cutting-edge 3D printed swivel module. The drive axle is secured by a sturdy 3/8" bolt. All hex shafts are precision-engineered with a 3/8" hex. This innovative design was created to seamlessly interface with Vex Robotics motors. It features robust 4-inch wheels for maximum stability and durability. Bill of Materials (Per Module): * 2 Side Panels * 1 Top Plate * 1 Top Spacer * 1 Vex to Hex Gear * 1 high-performance 60T Vex Gear * 2 precision-crafted Bevel Gears * 1 efficient 30T Gear * 1 robust 54T Wheel Gear * 1 Drive Shaft Spacer * 1 Drive Axle (0.375" hex, minimum length: 2.5 inches) * 1 Bevel Axle (0.375" hex, length: 3.125 inches) * 4 precision-ball FR6ZZL-hex Bearings * 4 high-quality 3/8" id flanged, shielded ball bearings (FR6ZZ) * 1 durable 3/8" bolt * 1 heavy-duty 3/8" Lock Nut * 16 #10-24 screws (at least 10, but up to 16 for maximum mounting options) * 4 high-strength #10-24 nuts * 1 rugged 4-inch Wheel (the 4" HiGrip Wheel from AndyMark is a popular choice) The base plate offers a sleek design element, but currently requires additional structural support to serve as the sole mounting point for swivel modules.
