Coat Hooks
thingiverse
Here's a nifty little coat hook. I wanted something a little more interesting than a "J" shape that I screw to my wall, this has sort of a modern or sci-fi vibe I guess. Prints very well without supports in PLA or whatever you have handy. I made two sizes, the smaller is good for thinner jackets or shirts, the larger is deep enough to hook a parka. The center boss is sized for up to a #10 wood screw (#8 is fine), use a panhead since it's flat. I put a little relief on the back to make room for a wall anchor.FreeCAD source file is included if you want to mess with the proportions. It's basically two triangles, one on a datum plane that is offset and tilted, then lofted and hollowed out. Add some fillets for the curves. Easy peasy.
